Ms. Mitchell has 15 years of overall professional experience. Her responsibilities at Ultimate Soprano, Inc. include promoting classical artists, teaching voice lessons, and conducting workshops. She also performs in recitals, operas, plays, scenes, and concerts. In 1998, she earned her Master's Degree in Voice Performance from Juilliard School, where she received a full school scholarship. Ms. Mitchell earned her Bachelor of Arts in Voice Performance in 1994 from Morgan State University.

A member of the American Guild of Musical Artists, Ms. Mitchell placed third at the Fritz and Lavinia Jensen Foundation. She was a finalist at the 12th Annual Boris Christoff International Competition, and a district finalist at The Metropolitan Opera. Additionally, she received the Salon de Virtuosi Arthur W. Diamond Fellowship Grant.
