Requested by clients nationwide for her expertise in art and tattoo design, Caroline Ann Evans is a traveling tattoo artist and the owner of Tattoos by Caroline. Drawing on 13 years of experience in the industry, she excels in the application of fine-line, reproduction, custom, flash, cover-up and color tattoos. She especially enjoys translating art into body art.

In 1998, Ms. Evans acquired a bachelor of arts degree, with a minor in psychology, from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey. After graduating, she embarked on her career in tattooing at the Ink Spot's Elizabeth location in New Jersey. Currently, she is a member of the Alliance of Professional Tattooists, Inc. and the National Tattoo Association, Inc.
