The I U Heart exhibition at the Third Line gallery closes its doors for the final time next month.

DUBAI, UAE, July 06, 2010 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Art lovers who are planning to stay at hotels in Dubai towards the end of July will get the opportunity to be some of the last people to visit an exhibition at the Third Line gallery.

Entitled I U Heart, the current display first opened its doors to the public on June 24th 2010 and is coming to a close on July 31st.

Those who head to the Third Line between now and the end date of the exhibition will be able to experience the work of leading Iranian artists, including Mahmoud Bakhshi, Shahab Foutouhi, Arash Hanaei, Mamali Shafahi and Vahid Sharifian.

Between them, these painters have produced a series of contemporary works in a bid to demonstrate their feelings about the way the rest of the world perceives the nation.

According to the organisers of the installation, the driving forces behind the creation of these pieces were "globalisation and ambiguity", while it aims to explore the links between Iran and the US.

Specifically, the relationship between Iranians living in America and those who have stayed in the land of their birth are identified by the artists.

The gallery is located at Al Quoz 3 and originally opened its doors with the intention to "promote contemporary Middle Eastern art and artists locally, regionally and internationally".
